"From Russia with Love" (yes, James Bond reference). This is how I feel about the Tier 10 Russian Battleship, Kremlin. Continue on if you wish to know more about my thoughts, on the Kremlin!
In update 0.8.4 saw the introduction of the Russian Battleship line. The reward for reaching tier 10, is the Kremlin. The Kremlin was a part of Stalin's 'Project 24', which was reportedly powered in 1944. She's a ship which is based off the project that created the Sovetsky Soyuz-class ships. The ship was basically a buffed version of the Soyuz, with more protection and tonnage. It was designed to compete with the likes of the Yamato and Montana.
Kremlin X BB

End of the history lesson, and now for my thoughts of the ship in-game. The Kremlin is basically a mid-range brawler. She can tank a lot of hits and can be on the front line, tanking the damage whilst allowing your teammates to retaliate. She's armed with a 3x3 setup, with 457mm calibre guns, and they can do some damage (depending on the ships you're firing at). She's a mid-range ship because her firing range is a lot less than other Tier X BBs. With a default firing range of 20.6km, her dispersion at targets further away start to become a problem. This is why she should be played between short-mid range. A positive thing about her, is her AA. It's far better than the Montana and Yamato. When this ship was originally released it was deemed too 'OP', so Wargaming's response was to nerf her AA. Her AA to this current day is still good, and you can rely on it in certain scenarios.
If you get into proximity of a DD, you could be looking at your downfall because of her Manoeuvrability and Secondaries. She has a large turning circle, and slow deceleration, which is not ideal for when DD's are about. Her Secondaries will barely do anything to occupy an enemy DD. She's also limited to the usage of her Damage Control Party (as are all Russian BBs).
Ultimately, you want to be playing this ship quite aggressively, and not lurking out of the battle, as your weak dispersion can contribute nothing to your team.
